BRIDGE Proof of Concept call for holders of Bachelor’s and Master's degrees
The extraordinary BRIDGE Proof of Concept call is aimed at young researchers with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree. It is being launched in parallel with the regular call for proposals.
Since 2022, BRIDGE has launched an extraordinary call for proposals concurrently with the regular one. Unlike the regular call, it is aimed exclusively at applicants with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree. The idea is to promote projects in which research results are to serve as the basis for real-life applications or services. Applicants who are eligible to apply for this extraordinary call have an additional option for submitting an application. Parallel project submissions are not permitted.
Around 1 million Swiss francs are being made available for the extraordinary call. The first two extraordinary calls resulted in 31 and 24 applications respectively, with funding awarded for seven and eleven of them.
